MASAAR is a youth entrepreneurship program that addresses several pressing challenges in Upper Egypt building upon UN’s SDGs.
Overall, the region’s incumbents – and other rural areas – are challenged by high unemployment rate and inadequate decent job opportunities in the labor market. Since the launch in 2018, MASAAR focused on addressing these vulnerabilities through equipping young entrepreneurs with the necessary entrepreneurial, and technical skills. These activities assist to better develop business ideas, grow, and improve existing business ventures, and extend their networking through market linkage and intelligence.
