An intervention that responds to the needs, capacities, and incentives of youth, is more likely to be efficient and effective compared to alternative models.
Effective Interventions need to respond to the root causes of the target group’s challenges, induce effective market system change, and incorporate dimensions that ensure the sustainability and scalability of change. Through a robust theory of change and results chain, these interventions would result in fostering and promoting youth – females and males – empowerment, inclusion, and participation.
Enroot follows this process; in utilizing the main recommendations of our diagnostic studies to inform our implemented/recommended interventions and activities.
