Engy Hossam El-Shahawy

Engy has joined Enroot as a Program Executive in 2022. she has always aspired to bring about a change in the society through giving the un-privileged a decent way to live and this is why she decided to join the development field. Her scope of work includes conducting qualitative and quantitative research, she is also responsible for providing technical and operational support to projects. Engy is passionate about studying people’s behavior in different contexts and she is eager to incorporate behavioral insights in the design of development programs. Engy Holds a BSc in Economics from the British University in Egypt. When she is not working, she is likely to be found on her yoga mat or in an aerial arts studio.
